When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. We do our best to ship it out as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your shipping selection and how quickly you would like to receive the order.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer 2-day expedited shipping. This means that you should receive the order 2 days from the day the order was handed off. Remember we process orders between 2-3 days but we’ll do our best to process within 24 hours since order was placed.
Where do you ship?
At this moment, we ship only within the United States but hope to add more countries soon.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is on its way!
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please notify us as soon as possible or within 24 hours so we can make the changes at the processing stage. If the package has been handed off to a carrier, then we are unable to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Due to the handmade and vintage nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order if an item arrives damaged. Include images of the product damage and the packaging materials so we can best assist you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel the order, reach out within 2 hours of placing the order so that we can process that request. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel.

How often do you release collections?
New collections may arrive seasonally. To stay up to date on the latest drop, follow us on social media (Facebook & Instagram) or sign up for our newsletter.
What kind of wax do you use?
Vintage glassware candles are filled with soy wax or coconut apricot wax while the pillar figure candles are made from 100% beeswax. We use natural wax for our candles.
How do you formulate your scents?
Our scents are created either from in-house essential oil blends or from fragrance oils specifically formulated for candle use. Details about each scent can be found on the individual product page.
I’m sensitive to fragrance, do you have scentless candles?
While we don’t carry a scentless collection, we recommend you try our 100% beeswax candles that release a very soft honey scent or contact us for a custom order.
Are vintage vessels safe?
All vessels are carefully inspected before being used for candle making. We follow strict guidelines to ensure each piece is suitable for safe candle use, evaluating the material, thickness, and any potential defects that could affect performance.
While all candles carry some inherent risk due to open flame, we are committed to ongoing testing and thoughtful development to ensure our candles meet responsible safety practices.
Can you refill my vessel when empty?
At this time, we don’t offer refill options but hope to add that service as we continue to grow :)

What forms of payment do you accept in person?
Preferred methods of payment during vending events are Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash. However, we also take debit/credit.
Can I reserve an item to pick up at your next market?
If you are interested in an item and will attend the event, please reach out and we can reserve the candle for you!
What happens if an item I saw at a market sells out?
We encourage you to purchase the piece you love as soon as you see it. Many of our items are one of a kind and cannot be replicated so we are unable to guarantee that you will see it again.
