Angel Chrysalis began in 2022 with a small collection of items and a single table at Nocturna’s Valentines Ball in Chicago, IL. The idea was sparked out of a love for nature and its unique, transformative beauty. The brand celebrates an ethereal lightness within darkness making a goth ball a fitting place for its beginning.

Sylvie and Denise were the original artisans. The duo sat together for long hours discussing ideas, names, formulations, and logo iterations. Given that in its core metamorphosis was the essence of the brand, a moth became the perfect symbol.

After a short hiatus, the brand was revived by Denise who is the now the maker behind every piece. With her developed skills in candle making and textile design she’s excited to create thoughtful pieces and expand the brand.

Angel Chrysalis dwells with the radiance of nature and renewal. Beginning with repurposed and organic materials, each piece is an object of beauty refined through restraint. In the clearing of quiet thought each collection honors the alchemy of it all.
